Description

This course will introduce students to a range of writing processes and styles. The course will emphasize different writing processes for different goals: writing to understand disorganized ideas more clearly, writing to arrive at conclusions, and writing to persuade others. The course will begin with informal writing approaches and move to more formal writing in the second half. All assignments will have an initial draft, with critiques by other students and the instructors, followed by a finished draft.

This is a W course. But that was obvious, right?
