    • Suggested readings should be completed before the day's lecture. There is a lot of material in this course; you will get more out of the lecture if you complete the readings before the lecture.
    • I will sometimes cover a topic in more detail than the textbook. You will be responsible for all such additional material presented in the lectures. The summary material on the posted slides will help, but hearing the discussion on the material in the lecture will be the most reliable way to assure you don't miss anything important.
