Technical support for the School of Computing Science is provided by the Computing Science Technical Support (CSTS) group.
To contact us for help with the Computing Science Instructional Labs or for general help within the ASB, TASC1, or the Surrey campus, please email: helpdesk @ cs.sfu.ca.
Networking services at all SFU campuses are provided by ACS (Academic Computing Services) and OTS (Operations and Technical Support). In addition to these campus wide services, our CS Burnaby based people can connect directly to the research network run by the Faculty of Applied Sciences, called FASnet, supported by the NSG Network Support Group. Our Surrey and Vancouver campus people can access the resources of FASnet remotely via a number of different mechanisms.
Many issues need to be resolved by these groups. You can contact them directly or contact us in CSTS and we will take care of the interactions with the other support groups.
Different people within the School are responsible for the website content, but any change or update can be set in motion by emailing us.
