Sweet Pasta Dishes

My own Blueberry Ravioli, which got me thinking about the whole thing.
Allrecipies.com has several dessert pasta dishes listed.
Dessert Lasagne. One of the winners of the "America's Signature Pasta Recipes" contest. It's a little thin on the instructions, but if you've made a lasagne before, it should be easy enough.
