Short Biography [DBLP Entry] Ming Hua received her Ph.D. degree in 2009 from School of Computing Science at Simon Fraser University, Canada, under the supervision of Dr. Jian Pei. She joined Facebook in 2009 and is now working on mining user behavior patterns in large scale social networks. Her research interests lie in analyzing and mining uncertain data and its applications. She has published in premier academic conferences including ACM SIGKDD'07, VLDB'07, IEEE ICDE'08, and ACM SIGMOD'08, as well as premier journals including IEEE TKDE and the VLDB Journal (click here to see her publication list). She received the B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Fudan University, China, in 2004.
