The IEEE Copyright form must be delivered by email, fax or postal mail.
Contributions without accompanying and appropriately completed copyright forms will not be printed. If you email the form, you must first print the form and sign it or provide the form with an electronic version of your signature and then scan it into the computer. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
If your organization requires the use of their own copyright form in place of the supplied Copyright Form, please contact Torsten Möller before sending it and the paper, so that we might resolve any copyright transfer issues as soon as possible.
