Each accepted contribution to the conference must be accompanied by a signed Copyright Form. The copyright form should be filled out and signed by one author, preferably the primary author. The signed IEEE Copyright Form should be delivered to:

The IEEE Copyright form can be delivered by PCS upload (*preferred* for those conferences who use PCS), email, fax, or postal mail. Please check the specifications on your specific conference formatting page.
Contributions without accompanying and appropriately completed copyright forms will not be printed. If you email the form, you must first print the form and sign it or provide the form with an electronic version of your signature and then scan it into the computer. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to email copyright@vgtc.org.
If your organization requires the use of their own copyright form in place of the supplied Copyright Form, please contact copyright@vgtc.org before sending it and the paper, so that we might resolve any copyright transfer issues as soon as possible.
