Each accepted contribution to the conference should be accompanied by a signed Release Form. The release form should be filled out and signed by one author, preferably the primary author. This form gives the option for your presentation to be recorded and your slides to be archived in the VGTC Online Community. The signed IEEE Release Form should be delivered to:

The IEEE Copyright form can be delivered by PCS upload (*preferred* for those conferences which use PCS), email, fax, or postal mail. Please check the specifications on your specific conference formatting page.

Contributions without accompanying and appropriately completed release forms will not be archived in the VGTC Online Community. If you email the form, you must first print the form, sign it and then scan it into the computer or provide the form with an electronic version of your signature . If you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

If your organization requires the use of their own release form in place of the supplied release form, please contact submissions@vgtc.org before sending it, so that we might resolve any release transfer issues as soon as possible.
