Detailed Preparation Guidelines for TVCG: VAST/InfoVis/SciVis 13

**Please remember that the TVCG: VAST/InfoVis/SciVis paper formatting guidelines make use of the journal style template - please double check to make sure you are following our TVCG camera-ready guidelines. Thank you!

  • Submission Requirements :
    • Papers: maximum of 10 full colour pages
      1. Review the Submission Guidelines found below
      2. go over the Checklist
      3. submit the IEEE Copyright Form
      4. Vis & InfoVis: submit all camera-ready files online to PCS

    • Please note that the use of a teaser image in 2012 papers is encouraged :)

  • Submission Guidelines:
    • Formatting Guidelines (for accepted papers)
    • Prepare a high quality PDF
    • (optional) assemble supplemental material for the USB; make sure to submit all files with your camera-ready PDF, even if you already submitted them with your initial submission.
    • If you have not registered by the registration deadline your paper will *not* appear in the proceedings.
